The applicant authorizes CSI Architectural Metal, Inc. to investigate all credit references and any other matters pertaining to its financial responsibility. The undersigned authorizes its bank(s) and trade creditors to submit complete information for the purpose of credit evaluation. The undersigned hereby waives any rights to privacy which it may have in any such information, and waives the effect and benefit of any statuses or regulations which give it the right to control or bar the release of such credit information.
Further, the undersigned hereby authorizes such parties to disclose to CSI Architectural Metal, Inc. whatever information they may have with respect to the undersigned's credit or financial status and hereby holds such parties harmless for any discloser.
The undersigned (jointly and individually) certify that all information in this credit application is complete, factual and correct, and understands that supplier will rely on the accuracy of this information for any credit that may be allowed or extended. If any statement is not true or if applicant should file for bankruptcy or if any adverted change(s) occur in the applicant's financial condition, CSI Architectural Metal, Inc. may, at thier option, cause the entire balance to become due immediately and payable, without demand or notice.
Upon approval of credit, terms are 30 Days Net from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise specified. It is understood that the past due accounts are subject to a 5% penalty on the amount due and unpaid, further more CSI Architectural Metal, Inc. will charge 1.5% interest per month on the amount overdue, the collections of these charges will be strictly enforced and litigated if necessary. Applicant will be liable for all costs of collections, including but not limited to attorney's fees.
This agreement covers all materials which the applicant may hereafter acquire at any time from CSI Architectural Metal, Inc. No waivers or modifications shall be valid unless the same is in writing and executed by the parties hereto. This contract shall apply and accrue to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the heiress, executers, administers, successors and assigns of the respective parties.
